  • Access Your HeiChat Dashboard
  • Locate the Conversation Section
    Once in the dashboard, find and click on the “Conversation” tab. This will take you to a new page dedicated to communication features.

    Upon entering the Conversation section, you’ll immediately notice a striking banner. This eye-catching element is your gateway to unlocking the app’s potential.

    Simply click on the banner to open a new window. This action will direct you to two essential pages:
    • The App Download Page: Where you can obtain the latest version of the app.
    • The Code Retrieval Page: Here, you’ll find your unique access code necessary for activation.

Crucial: Your one-time access code is irretrievable once displayed – store it securely or reset and generate a new one if lost to maintain uninterrupted app functionality for your Shopify store.

Yes, the HeiChat mobile app is available free of charge to all Shopify HeiChat users. However, the live chat functionality is exclusively accessible to users with a premium subscription(at least Pro Plus version) plan.

  • Why is the application not available for download through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and instead requires installation via your provided link?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to HeiChat’s integration with Shopify’s account system, we utilize an access code method for authentication. Furthermore, the app is exclusively available to users of our HeiChat Shopify service. These factors preclude the application from being listed on conventional app stores.

  • Will a mobile application for the HeiChat site be offered?
