Simply click on the banner to open a new window. This action will direct you to two essential pages:- The App Download Page: Where you can obtain the latest version of the app.
- The Code Retrieval Page: Here, you’ll find your unique access code necessary for activation.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to HeiChat’s integration with Shopify’s account system, we utilize an access code method for authentication. Furthermore, the app is exclusively available to users of our HeiChat Shopify service. These factors preclude the application from being listed on conventional app stores.
- Will a mobile application for the HeiChat site be offered?
